batches). Filter by subject (e.g., engineering, agriculture, cybersecurity),
nations, or scholarship. The bio/pharma materials, AI, renewable energy, and others
are new 2026 programmemes

You are
allowed to apply to a maximum of 3 EMJMs. See the respective websites of visit
each programme (linked in catalogue): universities participating, curriculum,
specific requirements and deadlines (many December to February to be considered
as a scholarship, some up until March).
Prepare

certificate (or evidence that you are about to graduate).

Motivation letter: Reason as to why this
programme, your career objectives, and its benefit to Nepal.

2-3 recommendation letters
(professors/employers).

English test results (IELTS/TOEFL).

proposal, portfolio or work experience evidence.

Turn in
through online portal of the programme (not a central EU portal). Check the
scholarship box- no additional form is necessary. Deadlines differ (some before
the end of January 2026, others before February/March). Apply early!
Selection
and Results
Merit-based
(academics 4050, motivation 2030, and so on). Results by April–June. On the
event of being chosen, accept and prepare visa.
Visa
and Start
EU student
visa (Schengen type D) with the use of the scholarship letter. Applications are
taken in the month of September or October.
Get counseling of alumni by joining Erasmus Mundus
Association Nepal (Facebook/events). In Kathmandu, there is the EU Delegation
where pre-departure orientations are also done, so far as you are chosen!
